LFW S/S18 SHOW ROUND UP
The London Fashion Week hype has subsided and the fashion world is slowly getting back to what it calls normal, after an amazing month of some of the biggest fashion weeks around the world. I was lucky enough to attend London Fashion Week for my second official season, getting a first look at some of the Spring/ Summer 18 trends.
London Fashion Week is one of these events that is both the best event in the fashion calendar but also the hardest to work, 13 hour days, running from show to show and the not stop feeling of adrenalin, it can be draining for those working it, but we wouldn't change it for the world.
Seeing some of the best old and new emerging designers work walking the beautiful runways, every show is different even if you do spot the odd emerging trend for the following season, Fashion Week for any creative is like Christmas, your birthday and every other event of the year all in one week. I still can't put into words Fashion Week.
My plan was to blog throughout fashion week, giving daily updates on shows and street style, however as you can properly tell that didn't happen, I mean you are reading this in October after all. So I decided to split London Fashion Week into two posts, a round-up of the best shows and then a round-up of the best Street Style, If you want to read the round-up of street style click here.
Small disclaimer here: By no means is this meant to be fashion week report, I'm bad at this writing thing and wouldn't know how to even start on writing up about fashion shows, these posts are more a visual from the event, because well images I can do them.
